WEAKNESS

Department
is not so much student friendly

Capable
Teachers are not praised due to biasing nature of campus administration
according to their political belief

use of specified equipment such as UTM /SPT for practical purpose.

Lack of
conference/ seminars/ workshop for student due to lack of wiliness.

Lack of
own Conference Hall for the department despite of having its own block.
OPPORTUNITY

Campus’
high ranked administrator are faculties of Civil.

Due to
availability of other Engineering college department can run knowledge exchange

mobilize its student to get certain task as it have larger no of students than
other department.

Lab
equipment/Lab Tests can be used as source of income & mobilization of
earning for department upgrading

faculties can be also called from other constituent campus
THREAT
·
Department
must be able to tackle with Civil Departments of other constituent campus.
·
Campus
focuses the development of immerging department rather than the oldest civil
department.
·
Capable
– Highly devoted Lecturer are not interested to stay in Pokhara due to lack of
opportunities and facility from department.
·
Students
are attracted towards Pokhara University and its colleges due to their easier
exam policy and student-friendly nature.
